I have spent 3+ decades in the health and fitness field. My journey into this realm began with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals which lead to a degree in Kinesiology, Certification as a Personal Trainer, a Diabetes Prevention Coach as well as other certifications and trainings in the field.

As a Health and Fitness Consultant with the Maryland Statewide Health Network, I had the unique opportunity to be in the communities throughout Maryland educating on the importance of prevention as a way of health and healing. It was my first exposure, clinically to understand the true impact of “Food and Exercise as Medicine”. For me, it was a transformative experience in my career.

I then transitioned into the clinical setting of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab, where I was fortunate to be part of an amazing team that allowed me to leverage my expertise as an Exercise Physiologist and my Personal Training skills. For the next 11 years, it was my privilege to educate, and empower patients, after their life altering experience of a heart attack and/or surgery, on how they could reclaim their lives through exercise, diet and stress management.

Amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I saw a new opportunity and focused on creating innovative solutions to Reaching, Teaching & Inspiring as many people as I could. I have since narrowed my focus to the unique needs of women at risk for or living with heart disease.

Understanding the struggles that women experience in their personal and professional lives, I developed my groundbreaking coaching program. This program EMPOWERS women. The design is based on my BELIEF that every woman can and should have it ALL. The personalized plan effectively prevents, reduces, or even eliminates risk factors for heart disease while allowing for a lifestyle that suits their individual needs and preferences.

My clients have experienced impressive results – from physical and mindset transformations – reclaiming their health despite a diagnosis of heart disease which is often compounded with the added symptoms of menopause.

The program that I put together is simple and sustainable for life. It allows professional, busy women to seamlessly make changes that become second nature giving them confidence to make great food choices, reduce their stress all without spending hours in the gym.
