Fitness is such an important part of your overall health. If you want to get started with a routine, stay motivated and inspired, or regain your health after an illness or injury. . . .
Living Fitness Rx is a personal training program that gets you to the best version of you. Your personal program will include cardio, strength, and flexibility training and, as needed, stress management and dietary guidelines.
I will work with you to design a fitness program that meets you where you are, using what you have.
Whether you are a beginner or someone who needs to revise your current program, Living Fitness Rx will challenge you at your current level while building confidence, endurance, strength...and health.
Prior to your first exercise session, an initial assessment will be performed to discuss goals, health history, and exercise experiences. If needed, medical clearance and exercise guidelines from your physician will be obtained. Individual, group and virtual training available. Discounts available for sessions bought in blocks or small group training. To set up a free initial assessment, email me at LivingfitnessRx@gmail.com, or
Following the safety guidelines for your safety and mine, it is my responsibility to wear a mask at all times during our training sessions.
If not vaccinated, client's are also expected to wear a mask, however, when necessary the mask may be removed for a short period for improved air flow.
When possible, social distancing will be practiced, however, in most settings, this will not be feasible. Because vaccination and/or mask use is implemented, risk of exposure is minimal.
It is understood that if you have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, it is your responsibility to be tested before continuing with training.
If you have any symptoms related to COVID-19 (see below), sessions will be cancelled until you have tested negative and have been cleared by your physician to resume.
Sessions will remain available until your return.
The same applies to me.
According to the CDC, People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness.
According to Dr. Roberts of ACSM, regular exercise improves physical and mental health . Dr. Roberts also states, “Moderate exercise improves your immune function and may be a factor in reducing your risk of contracting COVID-19. Indoors and outdoors with others around, masking may be the difference between staying healthy and getting sick. Remember the four D's for exercising around others during the pandemic: double the distance and don't draft.”
